10 Unpopular Bleach Theories.....

Well, saw this at sublimeparadigm and _debbiechan_ 's journals and since I'm in a funk about the Death Note seiyuu thing, I thought it would be fun to do...

1.) Renji's tattoos relate to his expertise with his zanpaktou - I'm sure most of the veteran bleachers have heard this theory before, to me it just makes more sense then there being a SS tattoo parlor...Especially given the tattoos didn't start appearing until, AFTER, he went to the academy.  And when Rukia came back to SS after being in the human world, he had new ones, from where he was working on his bankai.  I could go into more detail but that would take up most of the post..^^

2.) Urahara had something to do with the making of the Vaizards - He has been just too shifty lately.....and he knows entirely too much about how to make one, in fact he knows entirely too much about everything.  I wouldn't be surprised if they also had something to do with him getting kicked out of SS, and he is keeping an eye on them.

3.) Urahara and Isshin were totally in Shinigami academy together...totally.

4.) Ishida is NOT gay - in this I agree with Debchan.  Although he gives a false positive on the average person's gaydar, he is just a pretty teenage metrosexual with good taste.

5.) Momo will not get better soon, hence fueling the revenge of Hitsugaya. - I think she is too far gone down the rabbit hole to ever make it back all the way.....she has the potential to be more angst to the plot...

6.) Whether or not Ichigo is Kaien's reincarnation is irrelevant at this point.- It was important earlier in the plot when it came to Rukia's growth as a character, but as of now it has become totally unimportant.

7.) Yamamoto is a bastard and is also going senile, maybe has been for quite a while. - Jackie said this first, but I have thought it for a long time.  He is a self-rightous bastard that is making the same mistake twice....

8.) Mayuri has NO redeeming qualities. - (sorry Shini) He is most likely insane, a sadist, a daughter abuser and molester, and just an overall horrible person.  The fact that he is a CAPTAIN in SS just confirms for me that their system is twisted.

9.) Tatsuki is not gay.  She and Orihime are just friends, best friends.  Yes, girls and women can be that good of friends without sexual overtones.....Leave the lesbianism to Chizuru, thats what she is there for.

10.) Ganju and Hanatarou are a couple.....a really cute one.


I could go on and on but its just suppose to be ten so I will stop....

Why are all these theories unpopular? They all seem to be pretty decent to me... As far as 1 is concerned, if they have a shop that makes all those damn visor/glasses Renji keeps buying, they damn well SHOULD have a tattoo parlor... But I doubt even Renji would go out of his way to get a tattoo when he could be, oh, I don't know, *training some more*... So I assume it has to do with his bond with Zabimaru...

2. I don't know about him MAKING them... but that sly bastard knows something because he's fucking Urahara and well... He's can be anything except NOT informed...

3. I love how you have no explaination for this one...! >_< ::laughs::

4. I don't think any of the characters are gay... Seriously... but my lieee fanmind can warp them into whatever I please as long as I don't start to take myself seriously...

5. I hope Momo gets better, but really, I don't think she will any time soon either. Neither will Kira for that matter. They've both been hurt far too much pyschologically and the scars for that will run very deep. And Momo got fucking STABBED. So nope... not any time soon...

7. If I could smack him upside his big, bald head, I would... but I wouldn't feel much better... the asshole...

8. Kurotsuchi isn't SUPPOSED to have any redeeming qualities. When you can regenerate your entire body after turning into a liquid to escape, you have given yourself over to pure science and left your humanity behind...

9. Who said Tatsuki was gay? She's just a very overprotective friend... No Chizuru... if anyone thinks she's straight... ::shakes head::

10. A cute couple I will never write because I can't stand to write fluff and that is what that couple needs...

As far as I know, I don't think those are unpopular... if I know of them, then they should at least be widely known... -_- Unless you mean popular on how many people believe them... You are still wAY out there... just not as far as theories go! ::cackles::

And do you know anyone with a clean scan of Grammjaw from 240 when he's laughing like a maniac and when he thumbs to his back for Orihime to heal his burn? I have a urge to make icons... ::chuckles::

01.. I don't think they spontanouesly appear, but he gets them as markers. Shuuhei has tattoos too, and I don't think 69 has anything to do with his powers- though considering some of the fanfics I've seen him... >_> But Richiki gets matching ones, or is at leasdt starting to.

05.. Yuh, I doubt Momo will get better. But I think Gin's relationship with Matsumoto will fuel his anger as well.

I read a fanfic recently that had that Shuuhei's 69 could stand for the district he was from instead of, well, you know the other thing....^^. I don't know if they spontaneously appear, but I think they are related to Zabumaru.

And Tatsuki, I just get tired of the whole, "she is soooo into Hime! Squeee" thing some people get...its not as bad as it use to be....Right now my new OTP is her and Keigo! 8D

Well, I've also heard the theory that 6 and 9 show what divisions he's been a part of. Either or makes sense, really. Or maybe we just know his favourite pasttime. * cough *

As for Renji's, I always assumed they referred to his skill and strength coming through as a whole- his relationship with Zabimaru being a part of it.

And yuh, I completely understand about the Tatsuki thing. So much of Bleach is about the strength and power of love in general- father to son, friend to friend, brother to sister, etc. She doesn't need to be in love with Orihime to love her. They believe in one another. That's all you really need.
